um, no. This is the heaviest I have ever been. praying for motivation to get moving and make wiser food choices. premenopause is tough

D, this journey is very difficult. Forget the current weight and focus on what you want to weigh. In that you will find strength to meet your goals. I know exactly how you feel but you must forgive yourself for tripping in the road and continue on.
