Almost at the 20 pound lost mark! I'd like to lose another 20 by the end of the year. It would be nice to weigh what I did in 2005. That would feel like I was erasing the last 9 years, which haven't been particularly good ones. Oh, there have been some hi-lights, but generally, I've made a LOT of bad decisions. I suppose they were lessons I needed to learn, but I really wish I was a faster learner...lol. Hopefully, I am on the right track now.

That sounds like an achievable goal. It took you three months to lose the first 20 lbs., so why not another 20 lbs. in 3 more months. You must be very proud of yourself. Keep up the great work!

Thanks everyone. It means so much to me to have your support. We'll see if I can lose another 20 in 3 months gilliansings...it's fall, I have a birthday and there is Thanksgiving and Christmas in there. I will have to budget my calories careful and resist that tendency to pack on pounds for the winter ;-) The good news is, if I can get the foot pain dealt with, I love walking in the cooler weather ! I am a freak that way, the stormier and windier, the better. My dog, Sparky, likes that weather too, so we are perfect for each other.

Keep walking!! It's good for the body. My dogs love walks too, need to make time to do that more often. Also good way to meet the neighborhood.

Yes, Sparky had a great time today visiting Giant Tiger (he got a hot dog at the BBQ! for being cute), the library and hanging out at the coffee shop. He's getting on in years, so now he is snoozing.

Think you'd love it here today pwrestlephoto, it's been in the 50's with storm clouds and wind. Not much actual rain though. Lovely. My neighbours have their heat cranked and I've got my windows wide open, LOL.
