I tried to do this a few years ago and just couldn't keep to it. This past year has been rough. I was diagnosed with Regional Migratory Osteoporosis in my left knee which left me unable to walk for a year. when I was first diagnosed, I would get around in a scooter or wheelchair, in January I started to use crutches, in May I graduated to a cane and in the middle of July, I was able to walk without any aids. Now I have to lose the weight I gained from not being able to do much of anything. It's amazing the things you take for granted. I praise all of you for exceeding!
