Well, I haven't gained any weight...but I'm literally exactly the same weight as last check-in. Does anyone know how FEW calories you should eat before you disrupt your metabolism & go into starvation mode? I've got age against me and a non-functional thyroid to boot.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
