The scale is barely budging....I'm keeping 1500 calories/day as a limit and most days it's at least 200 calories under that. Some days I'm only eating 700 calories. I envy people with a functioning thyroid. This is near impossible to lose weight with Hashimotos disease. I exercise heavy 6 hours a week and this is the only improvement I can get?! I'm so frustrated.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
