Took nothing to help me sleep, same as prior night. Woke up too often though. But No pain this time. (Cervical spine damage, accumulated over my lifetime combined with the minor automobile incident 6/2012 reached a tipping point, and lots of pain top of neck that most would call a headache, a very bad one. Especially after a day of leaning over my work, but sleeping makes it worse, or rather laying down, makes it worse, much worse. But, Less pain and getting a good nights sleep is getting better due to my various cures & fixes. :) )
