Just have to stay on the ball. My habits, even through a rough couple of weeks with work and not tracking. I am still not gaining, I have actually lost 2. Which means I get it and know what to do. I still exercised but not as vigorously as I was before work went crazy. Just want to get back on track with that.

I feel confident I can reach my goal of 50 to go in the next year, if not sooner!

173.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
