Fathers Day Weekend - Lots of tasty high sodium foods.
I expected the scale to swing up and it did. Not worried, I did not eat 14,000 in two days which is a 4 real pounds. I consumed maybe 5000 calories between the two days and did not exercise.
I am down 1.8 pounds since last week Monday. I am happy with that.
Today I start a new 40 minute exercise regimine that will include 20 minutes of weights and 20 minutes of H.I.I.T on the treadmil followed my a nice dinner that I guess, UUGH, I will log.
Make it count!!!

Drink extra water for the next couple of days to signal your body to flush the extra water it is storing for the processing of carbs. That’s what I do after I over consume on carbs. Shoot for over a gallon of water today if you can. Also, if you typically eat low carb and stay away from most processed foods then salt is nothing to fear. You are probably not getting enough on days that you eat clean and low carb. Same goes for potassium, calcium and magnesium. It can be difficult to keep all of those balanced when eating clean and low carb.

Great, great tidbits! Eased off my H20 this morning because I am getting ready to do my 2.X mile walk during lunch and I don't want to be thinking about the bathroom while walking. Will get back to it upon my return to the office. Really excited about this week with you guys having my back with your suggestions. Thanks plenty....

Sounds like you had an enjoyable Father's day, that's great. Like me, back to the task at hand. I didn't realize that about carbs and water, will keep that in mind, good info. to know.
