This is becoming super annoying
If I don’t go to the gym, I cannot sleep. I’ve been up since 330am 🤬
If I do go, I sleep amazing.

On the plus side it was weigh day today and I lost again. So super duper happy with that.
One step closer to this fat bitch being able to say goodbye belly and hello nonny 😂
209.9 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
