Ate too much again, dammit!!! :( Got some weight-training done today. A short one in the morning (until baby woke up, that is). Then another one in the evening. No cardio today. Was debating on whether or not I should do cardio tonight, but opted for weights since the Hubs wasn't using the Bowflex this evening.
**MORNING WORKOUT** Bowflex Xceed: -Overhead Press 2 x 15 (100lbs. total) -Pulsating Squats 2 x 40 (no weights) -Flys 2 x 15 (30lb. ea. side) -Bicep Curls 2 x 15 (30lb. ea. side)
**EVENING WORKOUT** Bowflex Xceed: -Flys 3 x 15 (30lb. ea/side) -Chair Lunges 1 x 15, 2 x 20 (no weights) -Bicep Curls 3 x 15 (30lb. ea/side) -Hamstring Curls 2 x 20 (30lb. ea/side)
