I expected this to up this morning. Good Thursday/Friday/Saturday training sessions. Eating at the B&B you eat a little differently than at home. Good meals, but I think the body has done fine dealing with it. I had fun people to treat. Learned a lot. Back up for a day in two weeks for a lecture from a pediatrist.
It's nice to be home and to have be back into my food choices.
