After anxiety related nosebleed and a very stressful msk appointment with months of pain, I wanted ro treat myself. I was able to resist the urg to put fat an sugar on my plate and am beginning to feel calmer once again... I hate when my BPD is triggered as well as my eating disorder but I am slowly finding my center again :)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
