wow! I haven't been tracking food this week, so I'm very proud of this drop. I've been trying to be mindful, looks like that's working!
we have a fun 5k this weekend, a "spirit" race. every half mile we get a mixed drink! like 3 oz I think, and then at the end, we get a full sized one. 😊 It's gonna be a ton of fun!
