Yesterday was one of the most successful days that I had in awhile. I have been feeling kind of lazy and I finally proofed to myself that it can change.
THAT i WILL CHANGE!
Morning started with 50 crunches, followed by a 30 minutes walk at lunch (exercise - 3.5/mph), and a soccer game at night (which we won!!)
Excited to see what today will bring. It's time for a change!
