Big drop following a 1000 calorie intake day. The working out seems to be paying off. I admit I do have more energy now that I work out on a regular basis. My clothes are fitting better. Well, my wife said so yesterday. LOL I fought my doctor on the 1400 calories a day because I want to stay strong during work outs. I am getting used to the lower calories but it did take a while.I am going to stick to it as long as I continue to see results.
