Just as I thought. The scale was going to go down right after I weighed in. I cant believe I am finally here. I feel like crying because I am finally in the 170's but I know I have so much more to go. Vegas here I come :0
179.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
