No weight lose after 7 days but no gain either. Something tells me when i get on the scale in a day or 2 my weight will be down a few pounds. Thats how it always is for some reason. I dont care as long as the numbers arent going up. I went out to eat this weekend with a friend and although I would have loved some chicken tacos and rice I ordered the chicken and shrimp. The order came with rice and I picked around it. Some of the rice stuck to the chicken and shrimp so I counted it but my friend was so shocked at how well I ate.

My baby was up in the middle of the night which meant I overslept this morning and missed my workout :) I'll try to squeeze it in tonight. I will be so glad when the weather finally breaks here so I can go to the track after work and walk a couple of miles.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
