Well I have stuck with my diet, making sure that I write everything down and I am glad to report that I am doing good. I thought to myself many times how's could I not be losing weight, I make sure I am always under my RDI (3500 calories). It is not been an easy road to walk down, but with the diet I am following it has not been complete hell! I would not be able to follow this diet without fat secrets help. It takes all that paper work and adding up away so that you just feel like it's a 1 2 3 process and Boom, everything has been written down and calculated for you with a few easy to do steps. I can't wait to get out of the 4 hundred and down into the 3 hundreds! I am just taking this one step at a time and I am glad to say I am completely off buying soda pop now, it has been nothing but bottled water for me everyday now.
