What’s your daily caloric intake?

About 1000-1200kcal a day, minus about 300 from activity

I don't think 120 is too low since I've been able to get there before, but I'm not sure if there's anything else I'm supposed to do. I just hope it's temporary

Mine’s around 1200 calories too. I read up on some articles that mentioned that we shouldn’t go below 1200 a day. I found them interesting. Easy to google. I’m in a similar situation, I can’t get rid of the final 8 lbs.

I've been recommended weight lifting so I'll try it...nothing too intense since I'd just be starting 😫

try eating a little bit more (100 cals a day for a week)... sometimes your body thinks it's starving and holds on to everything... always works for me

You might want to figure out your basal metabolic rate and set your calories by that rather than not going lower than 1200. Here's a site for you: https://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/bmr And I vote for the weight lifting. It will help keep your metabolic rate from dropping, particularly important since you're eating so few calories right now.

I know if I go with my estimate basal metabolic rate I'll gain weight, that happened to me last time unfortunately. My metabolism is a bit lower than it calculated 😭

If you add the weight lifting and build muscle, that will turn around. I'm talking to me as much as to you LOL I really need to do that.

I really think that's what I gotta do. I don't wanna, but I gotta 😤 so I'm right there with you

I'm starting with soup cans. No sense in getting all crazy about it at the start.
