Just look at your weight history as motivation. You're half way to your goal weight. Get the bread out of the house until you reach your goal. If it's not there, you can't eat it. Temptation is so hard to avoid. You have to do everything you possibly can to get to where you want to be. Stay focused, get rid of the bread. You've worked so hard to get to where you are now.
