I have been slipping with the breads... I can not keep that stuff in the house or it taunts me!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Hi! If you have to buy bread, get whole grains with flax. What triggers your bread craving? It may not be the bread, but something you eat or drink immediately before the craving hits. Just a thought:))

Just look at your weight history as motivation. You're half way to your goal weight. Get the bread out of the house until you reach your goal. If it's not there, you can't eat it. Temptation is so hard to avoid. You have to do everything you possibly can to get to where you want to be. Stay focused, get rid of the bread. You've worked so hard to get to where you are now. Don't let that bread throw you off track. You're almost there! Good Luck.

Watch for any hidden sugars... that always triggers a bread craving for me. Feed the bread to the birds!
