CD#25 I think I’m at the end of my cycle, holding onto fluids and full...weight always goes up right before but since I track it I’m not alarmed... Eating more carbs too and giving myself grace to do so... This is a marathon, not a sprint! If I can’t do it in 30 years I’m not doing it for the next 30 days. Small habits = slow, steady, sustainable change
