I hope this doesn't mess up my ability to update for week 2 since it looks like this is going on week 2's update??? Anyway, I didn't complete ALL of the challenges completely, but did do a couple and HAVE exercised every day this week, even if only for a short time. I should have updated my weight before the challenge started because right now it looks like I have gained, but in acutality I have lost 2 pounds. Mostly working on watching portions and getting in some exercise right now... that's about it :)
