Had a weak moment last night: everyone in the house was having peanut butter and jelly. The temptation to have a sandwich was strong. But I focused on all the work I've been putting into losing weight, and had some veggie chilli instead. Great results: down 2.4 lbs! Only 16 more to go to reach my first goal. I feel empowered. I can beat this!
