YEAH 185 I am almost there. This is a great feeling. When I started Atkins I remember getting on the scale that week and seeing 198. I was thinking how in the world did I gain 3 pounds. Now all I keep saying is how in the world did I lose weight.

I am so thankful to the person who introduced me to this diet. This makes my day.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. Is there a set amount of calories you can have per day on Atkins or should I follow the basic rules about calorie intake? current weight X 12 to get the amount needed to maintain and subtract 200-500 calories per day to lose.
