I have been on Keto for over 3 years...Lost 110lbs the first year..Gained and lost the same 8 lbs. over and over every month for the last two years..Replacing fat with muscle is not the answer I squeeze in and out of the same size 10 jeans ......still feels better than my size 26s lol
