Just wanted to share a little about my weight loss journey. I try not to count my calories too much BUT instead to cut down on the portions of what I like to eat and make sure to pull 30-40 mins a day of my time to workout. From cardio, some weights, HIIT (High intensive Interval Training) or even a short walk. It was hard to do it in the first place because of lack of motivation, determination and time was the issue so I started with 10 mins to 20 mins and so forth. Beginning of January, I started doing this 21daytonechallege for fun (blogilates on youtube) and from fun, it became a new lifestyle. Felt stronger, less tired, ate healthier, and drank a lot more water than before, which was exactly what I was hoping for. It's always hard when you start something new, but once you get the hang of it, doing it at your pace (which I did), you got it! I was pretty proud of myself for finishing it. The whole time I kept asking myself, who am I even doing this for? The answer was: for me, myself, and I and for health.
