Hi,
first, congratulations for all your efforts. I will share something that's working for me since about June 2018. I'll be glad if It helps. I wish you perseverance and lots of people who believe in you.
During the last three years, I have lost 65lbs. Sometimes faster than other, and when it was slow or if my weight was gong up, I would be discouraged because you can't really know what's going on in the mystery of your body survival reflex (it is not made to loose weight and is a little resistant to the idea). So, it's hard to know :water retention, slow digestive track, not enough or too much food...
One day I decided to consider I had reached a new lower weight only after spending 7 days under that number. Yes I like to weigh myself often but I don't fret about the ups and down that happens. Like after 7 days between 187 and 186, I considered myself at 187. That way my mood does not follow the expected ups and down of my weight.
Last week I touched the 184, I knew my first goal 185 was near.
Take care, never give up, there is no dead end in the path of getting healthy. Detours are part of the race.
