I seriously was not expecting this when I weighed in this morning. I haven't been sleeping well lately, averaging 5 hours a night. I managed to get 9 hours today as well as being on my 3rd day gluten free and I'm seeing that this may be working for me. What a great feeling to finally drop some pounds after years of not being able to lose any.

Nice weight loss! I’ve been GF for quite a while now and not missing wheat products at all. I do admit to a slice of pizza 🍕 occasionally. I make my own bread with cassava flour/arrowroot starch mix. Bobs Red Mill.com sells a whole line of GF products.

wow. food sensitivities are powerful things, eh? I've been experimenting with almond "flour" baking and haven't come up with a winner yet, but hope springs eternal. : )

Thanks so much guys and for the tips as well. I haven't ventured into wheat replacement yet, just avoiding it but I know I will have to expand my recipes eventually. I actually feel 60% better, no stomach problems and my heart has been good as well. I hope this is my problem because I think I can handle this :)
