I am following really good! :) yesterday i ate healthy, snacked on apples and carrots and drank a ton of water :) i'm working on my first lt of water this morning! :)

Breakfast:
1 cranberry orange scone (starbucks) = 460
1 granny smith apple = 101
1 lt of water = 0
TOTAL=561

chicken quesdilla on ezekiel tortilla
1 granny smith apple = 101

1/2 baked potato
148.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week
