i can't really use the thing for the food on my diet calender for some reason it always gives me an error!! :(
but anyhow i had my fiber1 with 2% and some coffee for breakfast. i have some greens at home that i'm going to juice for lunch so i can do a little detox.
i'm .5lbs lighter today. i'm loosing steadily :) not by much but it's still going down and with the constant roll downhill on the scale it's giving me more will power to not eat sweets and just snack just to snack and instead drink some water. :) YEY!
