I'm not doing well. I'm marinating in toxic stress. I've just not been able to eat well this week. I'm so sad. I feel like all semblance if autonomy I had pre-corona is slipping. I get almost 0 time away from kids and distance learning takes up the time I would be using for self care. I wonder if it's even possible to heal my body in this situation. I am stubbornly not buying any new clothes since my recent weight gain and I don't think it's helping my self esteem. I just want to feel good again. I've got an appointment with a new Dr. Monday. Hopefully that will give me the accountability to focus on my health for a while.
