Day 14
Woooo Whooooo! 10 pounds in 2 weeks! Ohhhh Baby I'm loving myself!
Today I've been at my daughter's having fun with my grand-boys while Mom & Dad had a fun day of their own. I love being a Nonni so much! Good reason in it's self to get myself healthy.
I accomplished most goals for the week. Missed one walk. Just being honest with myself and holding myself accountable. But I'm not going to beat myself up, there were reasons. (migraines) It's over and now a new week begins! So....
Week 3 Goal
Extend my walking to 45 minutes 3X and workout on Bowflex 2X.

Hit the garage!
