Day 1 of a planned 3 days of eating
The difference today will be that I plan to 🏃🏾♂️ run this moring (even though I already ran this week on Wednesday).
I also realized that I have not been taking Apple Cider Vinegar since the lockdown started. I plan to start again. I think it makes a difference when I take it before bedtime.

It is a three day weekend? Who knows with all this covid... Have a great run. You are doing so well. I do some ACV every day. I like it... what is it supposed to do?

@Liv001 - I always eat on Friday nights so I am just declaring it a 'eating day' rather than 'last day of fasting' like before 😁. When I take ACV before bed I usually wake up in a sweat. I think it stimulates my metabolism, but, I sleep well.

Apple cider is awesome! And I love running; I was starting to think I wouldn't find someone who also did it which was going to surprise me. 😂

I've heard about ACV Adef . I use it alot on food but never tried it for weight loss. Right before bed? How much do you take? I would love to give it a try.
