Dinner party on Saturday night - followed by the usual appetite problems on Sunday. Still, it is really frustrating to me that 1.5 days of being less than perfect can produce such a strong reaction... sigh...
183.2 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
