허허 오늘 동까스 먹고싶어서 먹을건데 ㅠㅠ 괜찮겠죠 가책느끼며 먹으며 다요트 중인...어제 복근운동 하체운동 했더니 하복부 너무 힘들다는 ㅠㅠ 괜찮아 토닥토닥
152.3 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
