Yay! So I'm on my way to being under 65kg in Feb and hopefully maintaining from then on. If I can continue as I have this month it shall be done. This week I only did one 30 minute strength workout, which was great. Work is getting in the way a bit again, but I'm not too worried about it. Measurements are decreasing so I'm happy.
We did go to the rugby field again twice this week so that was 10 times this month as we went two weekends as well - hoping to keep that going through Feb and March. There are two giant truck tyres there so we do incline pushups and tricep dips on them each time we go round the field and we jog up and down the stadium steps as well, which we recon is equivalent to about 9 flights of stairs. We also did a walk on a nearly hiking trail on Sunday. Hubby has lost 3.7kg so he wants to do 5kg in Feb. He is a snacker and I like to portion everything so as long as he can't get hold of a whole bag he'll be fine!
So from today I'm not tracking until Monday morning again. Already wanted to track the 80g banana I had for breakfast,but I'll resist. Meeting a friend for cake and coffee later and it's my birthday on Sunday so having all the yummy things I want to have. If I can maintain or be at 66 by next Friday's weigh-in I'll be happy.
