Hang in there. This losing weight (and then keeping it off) thing is hard!! I am finally seeing a counselor about some of my issues (stress and depression). Hoping that will help me keep from eating when I get stressed and upset.

Thank you SO much for the encouragement! Yes, I have a little bit of that stress, depression thing going on .. OK, a LOT, but things are going to work out for me soon. Sometimes old habits are hard to break, like when I'm at my desk working. My stomach will say FEED ME! and I give in. I just started back keeping things near me, like Cherub tomatoes and Ak-Mak crackers, instead of Chesters Butter flavor puffs and jelly beans.
