That is just amazing! I was not 100% compliant two days this week. Sunday I lost my self control and gave into a taco craving. Thursday, my daughter had a concert and my parents generously took us all next door to The Cheesecake Factory for dessert afterwards, which has become a sort of tradition after her fall show. I was once again unable to resist the temptation. However, I did limit myself to a few bites and then brought the rest home to indulge in today, Cheat Day. I wonder if my Intermittent Fasting is trumping Slow Carb? Like, if the fact that I do 16:8 six to seven days a week is more important than being strictly Slow Carb every day? It is not something I am willing to experiment with, right now. Why mess with a good thing? I'm a lot happier than I expected I would be, today! 🥳
