Your assumption is correct. They are various angry faces. Tired of working my ass off for seemingly nothing and playing this game of CICO and trying to adjust the calories I'm burning. I still feel that with being this overweight...technically pretty much still obese... I should not be plateauing. I've increased my lifting back to an hour, made sure to not sit on my ass at home, standing more at work and moving around as much as possible. Something has got to give. I'll be lucky to hit 185 by November 1 and 183 is outta the question if this is how is gonna be going now. A fucking snail's pace that I didn't expect until the 170's. Thank you for asking.

Huge daily caloric deficits and low cals in. You should steadily lose weight like a train (!?) Have you checked your thyroid? What about body dimensions ? Steady weight, clothes more comfortable ?

I think you should neither quit nor push yourself that much. Looks like you are very anxious losing weight. Maybe do a health check to be sure everything is ok, keep eating, logging and being active and relax and let it happen.

Tasso... I have zero health problems aside from mild rosacea. Body dimensions are bigger than I'd like. 😬 lost 52 pounds easily and that's about it lately. Just stuck. Stuck and irritated. And never giving up. Losing only 3 pounds a month is just unacceptable to me at this weight and height and activity level. Thanks for your advice. ❤️

Maybe your body has adapted to the deficit you are on. Might sound crazy but maybe try rebalancing your cals. A lot some days and less others. Or... you could try keto... 😳🙃🙃🙃🙃 Either way, just hold tight you will start losing again. And all that muscle you are building has got to count for something 💪💪🧡💛
