Thanks @TomLong and @rosio19, @Steven Lloyd and @jengetfit123 . Rosio19, I am eating less overall because I am mixing it up. I typically eat one meal M - F due to my commute and work schedule -- away from home 14 hours minimum. On the weekends, I eat two meals per day with my family. I think 2 other big game changers for me have been eating slowly no matter how hungry I am and not getting up for seconds.
