Day 1 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
I did not 🏃🏾♂️ run yesterday because I had so much work to do 🥺 I really need to run every day this week to not ‘get off track’.

Do you have Running Goals this year? I just set a New Goal after I turned 60.......100 push-ups for the next 100 days!! 93 days to go 😎😝
