ANd on accident! lol I thought I put 15 pound plates but they were 25s! 😅
I also got this awesome protein hall! My GNC is closing so everything was 30 to 75% off. I paid $75 for everything in the pics! That protein baking powder mix is normally $70!!
My work out for today
Warmed up lower body with stretching and 10 reps body weight squats
Tread mill 5 minutes
Hip thrust 2 sets 15
Elevated hip bridge 2 sets 10
Squats 65#: 2 x 5, 70# 2 x 5, 1 rep 85# (could feel my form was not good so I gave up. I wish the mirror went bellow my waist so I could see myself. I definitely was not hitting depth)
Deads 95# 1 set 5, 115# 1 set 4 (I would have kept going but some guy asked me if I was about done and I basically chicken out and said yeah 😣)
Leg press 90# on toes 20 reps
Foam rolled hammies
Lying leg lifts 10 each
Lying hip adduction 10 each
Plank 30 seconds
Incline crunch 50 (no stopping)
Alt twist crunch 100 (no stopping)
Knee ups for 1 minute
So I told my friend with the gym about my deadlifting and bench press from yesterday and she wants me to go back to her so she can teach me to bench properly! 😃😃😃 Super excited about that! She also wants me to record my weight training sessions. But I'd just die 😳 😩 🙈 before I'd do that!!!!! lol I'm such a coward! 😅😆
Also I'm not worried about the weight gain. I started my menstrual cycle last night 😑
