I'm really looking forward to eating big this week... on real meals!
Tomorrow's the big lifting day, so breakfast is gonna be big too! Got a big budget for dining out next week, so some Thai and Mexican are in the plans 😊
Oh! And I'll be cooking! Actual green stuff on my plate for once! 😜
Gonna see how 4000 calorie days feel with not-so-processed foods.
More importantly, looking to see if my workouts are supported any better by a traditional Mexican breakfast vs. a huge bowl of sugary cereal tomorrow. I'll actually need to wait a couple hours to digest instead of going straight to the gym. Gotta adjust the schedule a bit, but if it works it'll be worth it 👍🏼

Both are delicious IF homemade and not from the frozen section of the market.

Chris, if you really like these meals, you should just make them yourself. I know you can cook. They're both super easy.😊 Unless this breakfast is for a special occasion.
