evet yarıda bıraktığım şekersiz21 gün ve saldığım diyetten 2 kilo alarak geri döndüm 😋 şimdi ise tekrardan başlıyorum şekersiz21güne ve spora 💪💪
152.1 lb Lost so far: 52.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
