Roller coaster week! Fell off the wagon for a few days - ate potato chips, ravioli and a biscuit. Learned my lesson, I need to stay away from carbs except veggies. Anyway, my weight went up as did my blood sugar Highest morning fasting was 139 -usually it is in the 90's) Back on my program for 4 days and recommitted to eating healthy.
