N.E. Patriots beat the bears, the Red Sox will play the World Series, and I am finally under 200 lbs.
I was off track a bit last week as I had cooked a big ham and had a few yogurts, some cheese-its, and a small amount of peanut butter. My first time cheating since April 9th. Anyway, back on and feeling good!
Blood sugars have been running around 100 - 109 in the morning and 70's to 80's before dinner. I changed from taking my metformin at bedtime to taking them at dinner which is my largest meal of the day.
Thinking of buying the Body Groove dance dvd's. Anyone use them?
