Doing well! Just came home from camping at Lake Dennison near New Hampshire, just my hubby and me. Very beautiful and relaxing. My eating plan was great, MCT powder in coffee in the am, boiled eggs, or a couple pieces of salami for lunch, and grilled meat/chicken and veggies on the grill for dinner. I am so excited that I have started my walking program! The road around the campsites was a mile and I walked it everyday, many days twice. Canoed around the whole lake with my husband, and climbed Mt Wachusett - 2 miles straight up. It is going to be hot and humid this week but I am going to try to keep it up.
