Yeah, the scale just wants me to break something today. My calves being as sore as they are, I'm just not happy. Eff it! I have other things to deal w/ today. I have 5 more days to complete my own personal challenge & as long as I don't go back up over 245, then I have to say it'll be a success b/c that was my main goal. Be patient w/ myself (which I'm not feeling right now) and to at the very least just get under my plateau. I wonder if thoughts of eating carbs all day can cause weight gain? It's made perfect since in my life, lol.
*Back from a wasted trip on another deadend lead to a job. I think I spent about an hour or so just driving around & listening to my 2 fav songs on the cd in my player. I think for the rest of the day I'm just going to lay on the couch. Today is not a day that I really want to spend anymore time thinking about anything.
