I've got a new cage for my inner pig voice and it doesn't like it. I expect to be 214.X or 213.X tomorrow. I planned an extended fast all week but ended up with dinner only - OMAD. My re-feed yesterday was super controlled and I like it.

Thanks @CrashtestDawnie & @adefwebserver. The Nutter Butter cookies and Lays barbecue chips stayed in the package like they should have. Binge averted. Thanks @keilin-4 took a quick walk around 9 AM to take my mind off of food and survived the various wonderful smells coming from restaurants preparing for their lunch time guests. I am 13 hrs 25 minutes in to this dry fast and I want a spoon of water but I will not have it. No way, going back for a walk in a few hours. Thanks @jimmiepop #MINI-CUT #LETSGOTEAMFS
