Das geht jetzt mal so gar nicht in die richtige Richtung. Bis zum Abendessen ist immer alles ok, nur ist meine Snackbilanz verheerend. Da muss ich dran arbeiten, zumal mein Knie den Laufsport weiter verhindert.
